Dr. Bernie Sparks, as part of his Doctorate of Arts in Leadership coursework at Franklin Pierce University, completed his dissertation on Corporate Governance in NH.  He interviewed CEO's and Board of Director Members from various companies, using their responses to establish a grounded theory method paper.  He looked at the issue of Corporate Governance from a global, national, and state of NH perspective.  If you would like to read his work please click on the link below.
