Our leadership training services are always customized to the audience. Topics covered in our leadership training series include:

• Face-to-Face Communications: This class examines the importance of having one-on-one conversations with employees and colleagues in a private setting. It also assesses the damage saying conflicting statements to different members of your organization.
• Maslow with a Twist: In academia, the pyramid of needs of people developed by Abraham Maslow is often studied. This class revisits the pyramid and how it applies to the workplace. The twist: How a leader must apply it to him or herself first.
• Positive Reinforcement: This class covers how positive reinforcement can be used as a powerful motivator to most people, but how poor emphasis can dilute its value.
• Servant Leadership: This class explores how a leader can develop people through a sense of community.
• Proactive Leadership: This class examines the value of leaders taking preemptive steps to ensure workers understand the culture of the organization and to clarify what is expected of them, while addressing the issues as they're identified instead of when they escalate.
• Leadership at All Levels: This class involves a discussion of what defines a leader and how surrounding yourself with good people is a key to making your job easier and more fulfilling. Video included.
• Common Sense Leadership: This class analyzes how leadership has been complicated by buzzwords and talking points. Leadership can be accomplished by anyone who has the desire to learn to be one and the self confidence to practice leadership development techniques.

The classes are available in one-hour blocks of training and have been developed by Dr. Bernie Sparks to fit the needs of your company. The format is designed to be interactive for an audience of 10 people. Additional participants are welcome and may be added if space is available.
